Hi-cap Magazines Restrictions:*
- CALIFORNIA - No magazines over 10 rounds, unless you can supply these (3) documents:
- Copy of customer’s High Capacity Magazine permit;
- Copy of FFL Dealer’s License for shipment;
- Copy of FFL Dealer’s California Central Registry letter.
- COLORADO - No magazines over 15 round capacity. No shotguns magazine tubes or shotguns with magazine tubes over 8 round capacity.
- CONNECTICUT - No magazines over 10 round capacity.
- MARYLAND - No magazines over 10 round capacity to individuals (Non FFL/government agencies).
- MASSACHUSETTS - No magazines over 10 round capacity, unless you can supply these (2) documents:
- Customer’s Class A permit;
- Copy of FFL Dealer’s license for shipment.
- HAWAII - No handgun magazines over 10 round capacity.
- ILLINOIS - Aurora, IL: No magazines over 15 rounds; Chicago, IL: No magazines over 12 rounds; Franklin Park, IL: No magazines over 16 rounds; Oak Park, IL: No magazines over 10 rounds; Riverdale, IL: No magazines over 35 rounds.
- NEW JERSEY - No magazines over 15 round capacity.
- NEW YORK STATE - No magazines over 10 round capacity. New York City, NY: Cannot ship magazines or ammunition.
- WASHINGTON DC - No magazines over 10 round capacity.
Firearms Restrictions:*
- CALIFORNIA - Handguns must be approved by CA DOJ (except C&Rs). Cannot ship the following firearms: MK99 receivers, AK74 receivers, VZ2000 receivers, VZ2000 rifle, M240SLR, or any other Assault Rifle. Cannot ship dummy guns (imitation firearms). No handgun ammunition unless shipped to FFL holders.
- CONNECTICUT - Cannot ship the following firearms: VZ2000, M240SLR, AR-15/ AK47/ AK74 receivers, unless proof of law enforcement or federal firearms license. Any semiautomatic pistol capable of accepting a flash suppressor, forward pistol grip/silencer, any other assault rifle. Cannot ship dummy guns (imitation firearms).
- ILLINOIS - Cannot ship firearms or ammunition without proof of FOID/ID card on file for the customer, dealer, or C&R holder.
- KANSAS - Cannot ship dummy guns (imitation firearms).
- MARYLAND - Handguns made after 1984 must be approved by MD DOJ. Fired case required with new handguns. No assault pistols. No folding pistol grip shotguns. No assault rifles, AK receivers/AK rifles, or AR receivers (effective Oct 1st 2013).
- MASSACHUSETTS - Handguns made after 1997 must be approved by MA DOJ, and C&R handguns are sent to FFL dealers only. Cannot ship the following firearms: VZ2000, M240SLR, any other Assault Rifle. Cannot ship dummy guns (imitation firearms). Can only ship ammunition to FFL dealers.
- MINNESOTA - Cannot ship dummy guns (imitation firearms).
- NEW YORK STATE - No assault rifles. No assault pistols, or pistol version of rifles. Cannot ship the following firearms: VZ2000, M240SLR, 1918A3 SLR, unless proof of law enforcement or federal firearms license. Cannot ship dummy guns (imitation firearms). A fired case is required with new handguns. Antique and C&R handguns can only be sent to FFL dealers.
- NEW YORK CITY – No firearms or ammunition.
- NEW JERSEY - Cannot ship the following firearms: VZ2000, M240SLR, any other assault rifle. Antique and C&R handguns can only be sent to FFL dealers only.
- WASHINGTON DC - No firearms.
- WISCONSIN - Cannot ship dummy guns (imitation firearms).
Copy of FFL Required to Ship Order:
By Federal Law - ALL firearm purchases MUST be shipped to a local Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) holder (usually a gun store) in the state of the purchaser’s legal residence (we cannot ship any firearm directly to you, unless you hold a valid FFL). You MUST provide us a copy of the FFL holder’s valid license before your order can be shipped!**
